This directory lists the services, organizations and individuals that provide care for Erie County residents enrolled in Medical Assistance and/or eligible for Base Funded services. These services are grouped into DRUG & ALCOHCOL, EARLY INTERVENTION, HOUSING, INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES, MENTAL HEALTH and OTHER. In addition to the service grid, the agencies and individuals providing services are organized alphabetically, with their contact information at the end of this guide.
