GECAC
Walk in. Can help with first month’s rent and deposit, depending on funds available. Bring required information.
GECAC Meals on Wheels
Preparation and delivery of meals to aged and persons with disabilities. GECAC also has programs to help with medical needs and/or equipment.
Glenwood United Methodist Church
The food pantry is open every first and third Monday from 6pm to 7pm.
Holy Trinity Lutheran Church
Meals served Wednesday and Saturday at noon and Tuesdays at 5pm.
Holy Trinity Lutheran Church Food Bank
Photo ID and proof of residency are required. Must meet federal and state income guidelines. The food pantry is open every Tuesday from 6pm to 8pm.
Housing & Neighborhood Development Services (HANDS)
HANDS provides rental housing to veterans, families, seniors, and the disabled with over 1000 units in 9 counties.
Housing Authority of the City of Erie
1 to 6 bedroom units. Apply at HACE office.
When you apply you are given a number and cannot be reviewed until your number comes up. When you receive approval, you will be provided a list of approved rentals. You must find your own unit from this list. There are various houses scattered throughout the City of Erie.
