This weekly meeting is chaired by a Center Team member at the Mental Health Association of Northwestern PA.
The operation of the Café is discussed with those volunteers involved in the Café. The work schedule for the coming period is agreed upon. Time slots are assigned and general proceedures are talked over.
Any problems experienced by the volunteers are discussed and resolved.
Concerns of management are brought up and solutions sought.
