- One person speaks at a time.
- We make decisions by consensus. If a vote is needed, a majority makes the decision.
- The CSP is not a gripe session. The CSP deals with system wide issues.

Goal of the CSP
The Community Support Program is designed for consumers, family members, professionals and other community members to meet as equals as they work to improve the Mental Health System in Pennsylvania.
Local Community Support Programs:
- Create a space for collaboration and information sharing
- Help identify the needs in local communities
- Advise on the needs and priorities of the county based mental health system
- Interface with the Regional and State Community Support Program
Organizational Norms
- CSP will meet every other month on the third Wednesday of the Month according to the above schedule.
- The program will have three co-chairs: one consumer, one family and one professional.
- Volunteers for open positions will be accepted at the November meeting and then voted on.
- Co-chairs facilitate meetings, set the agenda and remind members of the norms.
- The County supports the CSP by printing agendas and sending meeting notes and notices.
